We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in bringing advanced camera products from development into real production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, structure, and continuous improvement.
As an NPI Engineer, you will stand at the intersection of development, manufacturing, electronics, and process design. You will be among the first to work with new products, define how they are built, and help transform innovative designs into reliable production reality.
What you will do
Analyze and repair products, including root cause analysis down to component level.
Develop a deep understanding of complex high-end camera systems and continuously expand your knowledge in electronics and critical thinking.
Take part in the launch of new products, becoming one of the first people to work hands-on with new components and assemblies.
Define and optimize assembly processes for new products.
Prepare PCB manufacturing outputs, including Gerber data and assembly packages, and provide the final technical touches on PCB projects.
Solve technical problems with persistence and curiosity, going beyond the first obstacle until the real cause is found.
Improve processes and workflows by identifying opportunities to replace repetitive manual tasks with smarter, more effective solutions.
Participate in setting up and maintaining the processes required for new products throughout their lifecycle.
Maintain product-related data in the ERP system, including camera models, components, and manufacturing structures.
Contribute to the development of manufacturing tools.
Collaborate with colleagues to turn ideas into practical improvements — we value initiative and an “idea-to-action” mindset.
Support the maintenance and improvement of production test procedures for cameras and accessories.
Use coding skills where applicable to automate, improve, or support technical and production-related tasks.

Who we are looking for
A technically minded person with strong problem-solving skills

Interest in electronics, manufacturing, and process improvement
Experience with PCB data preparation, ERP systems, or testing processes is an advantage
Coding or scripting skills are welcome
