We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in bringing advanced camera products from development into real production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, structure, and continuous improvement.

As an NPI Engineer, you will stand at the intersection of development, manufacturing, electronics, and process design. You will be among the first to work with new products, define how they are built, and help transform innovative designs into reliable production reality.

What you will do

Own the launch of new products

  • Be among the first to work hands-on with new components, assemblies, and camera systems

  • Define and optimize assembly processes for new products from the ground up

  • Participate in setting up and maintaining processes throughout the product lifecycle

Solve real technical problems

  • Analyze and repair complex products, including root cause analysis down to component level

  • Develop a deep understanding of high-end camera systems and expand your knowledge in electronics and critical thinking

  • Solve technical challenges with persistence — going beyond the first obstacle until the real cause is found

Improve and automate

  • Identify opportunities to replace repetitive manual tasks with smarter solutions

  • Use coding skills to automate or support technical and production-related tasks

  • Contribute to manufacturing tools and support production test procedures for cameras and accessories

Collaborate and deliver

  • Prepare PCB manufacturing outputs, including Gerber data and assembly packages

  • Maintain product-related data in the ERP system (camera models, components, manufacturing structures)

  • Work with colleagues to turn ideas into practical improvements — we value an "idea-to-action" mindset
