Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the "gatekeeper" of our sales funnel and the first human touchpoint for worldwide customers (from startups to NASA). Your mission is to increase sales efficiency by owning all inbound leads, performing structured qualification, and delivering only high‑quality opportunities to the sales team. Later, you will take ownership of the customer lifecycle – ensuring they are happy and growing with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all inbound leads within SLA, usually next business day in for European leads and two business days for US/APAC leads. No lead can be left behind
Conduct qualification calls via phone or MS Teams
Understand customer applications and match them to XIMEA solutions
Score and categorize leads based on predefined criteria
Maintain 100% CRM accuracy
Provide weekly reports on lead quality and trends
Work shifts 8AM-4PM and 2PM-10PM for ensure global coverage
Structured follow-ups and reporting

Experience with B2B sales
